Please note the suggested recommendation is to avoid medication during the first trimester of pregnancy if at all possible. If it becomes necessary to take medication, the above have been found to be without any KNOWN harmful effects on the developing baby.
TO DRY UP MILK: Apply cold compresses to breasts and under arms. Bind breasts with tight fitting sports bra or towel to restrict movement. DO NOT express milk or stand under warm shower! If red streaks or fever occur, see doctor immediately.
DENTAL GUIDELINES: Novacaine – no gas, no anesthesia. Pain – May use Tylenol III (unless allergic to Codeine); if allergic – Lorcet and Percocet. Antibiotics – Amoxicillin (unless allergic to PCN); if allergic – Keflex.
