All appointments are scheduled in advance with adequate time for your needs. We will make every attempt to honor your appointment, for we do understand the value of your time. Please understand that unpredictable delays may occur due to deliveries or hospital emergencies. If timing is critical, you may reschedule. If you have to cancel your appointment we ask you notify us as soon as possible.

If your medical needs require a nurse only visit (injection or blood pressure check) you are not required to have a doctor’s appointment. For your convenience we do ask you call before coming to make sure a nurse is available and that the proper supplies are in stock.

Telephone Calls

Patients are encouraged to call anytime they need medical advice or have a simple question. In order to provide the best quality of health care we do ask patients to call our triage nurse during regular office hours, Monday – Thursday 8:30 a.m. – 5 p.m. and Friday 8 a.m. – 4 p.m. when your chart is available for reference.

If our nurse is assisting another patient, please leave a message including your name, phone number and best time of day to return your call.

You may refill most prescriptions by calling your pharmacy. If your refills have expired, have your pharmacy call to us directly. To avoid errors, prescriptions will only be filled during regular business hours, Monday – Thursday 8:30 a.m. – 5 p.m. and Friday 8 a.m. – 4 p.m.
